The news is that Priyanka has given her bungalow in Pune on rent, and now she will earn lakhs every month from it. Yes, Priyanka's family has rented this bungalow to a firm named 'The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited' for Rs 2 lakh per month. Actress's mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth signed a deal with this firm.
According to a report, in the documents received by Zapkey, it has been told that Madhu Chopra and Siddharth had got the registration done on March 21. The firm also gave a deposit of Rs 6 lakh to Priyanka's family for this bungalow. Now it will also pay a rent of Rs 2.06 lakh every month.
Let us tell you that this bungalow of PC is located in Koregaon Park, Pune. Its size i.e. plot size is 3754 square feet while ground floor is 2180 square feet, basement area is 950 square feet and garden area is 2232 square feet. The parking area is 400 square feet.
Two penthouses were sold for 6 crores
In the year 2023, Priyanka Chopra and husband Nick Jonas sold their two penthouses located in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara for Rs 6 crore. Their built-up area was 2,292 square feet. While one of these penthouses was sold for Rs 2.25 crores, the other penthouse was sold for Rs 3.75 crores. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra had sold her commercial property in Lokhandwala for Rs 7 crore.
Office was rented in 2021
In June 2021, Priyanka Chopra had taken the second floor for office for Rs 2.11 lakh in a building spread over 2,040 square feet in Andheri-West area of Oshiwada.
