The craze of ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ is slowly taking over the fans. After launching the first song of the film ‘Kahaani’, today Aamir Khan has released the second track of his much awaited film for the audience and music lovers. The lyrics of this song are ‘Main Ki Karan’.
This second song of Aamir’s film has been decorated by everyone’s favorite singer Sonu Nigam with his melodious voice. The lyrics of the song are by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Main Ki Karan has been composed by music maestro Pritam and it would not be wrong to say that the beauty of this song lies in the simplicity of the song.
Let me tell you, while the first song of the film ‘Kahaani’ was presented in a new way with a teaser video of Aamir Khan talking about the revelations of a particular story, ‘Main Ki Karan’ was presented with some behind the scenes. I got a glimpse of the song making of Sonu Nigam, Pritam and their team.
Recently, actor-producer Aamir Khan and Sonu Nigam also launched this second song from the film on Red FM where they talked in detail about ‘Main Ki Karan’.
Sonu Nigam, who has previously lent his voice to Aamir in songs like ‘Tanhai’ and ‘Tere Haath Mein’, says, “When Pritam approached me to sing, he told me how Aamir Khan wanted him to sing. I will sing it. I have sung for Aamir in the past as well and all those songs were super hit and got a lot of love from the audience. I believe ‘Main Ki Karan’ will prove to be another winner in our journey.”
Interestingly, in a game changing move, Aamir Khan has opted not to release the video of Laal Singh Chaddha’s songs, and only presented the audio version of the song to the audience. The actor-producer decided to not only put the composers and the music of the film at the center stage, hoping to highlight the music industry at large and their efforts, but through this he brought the true essence of the song without the visuals. So that the audience can enjoy it like this.
Laal Singh Chaddha is produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios and Paramount Pictures. The film is all set to release on August 11, 2022 in cinemas across the world.
