Akshay Kumar, Aanand L Rai and team ‘Raksha Bandhan’ reach Lucknow, to be released on August 11!
The team promotion of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is going on in great enthusiasm. After promotions in Dubai, Pune, Indore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Kolkata, Producer Aanand L Rai, Lead Actor Akshay Kumar and the team of co-stars of the film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ reached Lucknow. With just a few days left before the grand release of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ on August 11, it looks like the team is doing everything possible to promote their film in every nook and corner of India.
Upon his arrival in Lucknow, the film team was greeted by his ardent fans during a visit to Amity University. After interacting with the students and clicking selfies with the huge crowd, Akshay Kumar, Aanand L Rai and the cast held a press conference and interacted with the local media.
Interestingly, the team also visited the Chikankari market in Hazratganj and it was a delight for the artists involved in the purchase of chikankari kurtis especially the women artists.
They also went to the famous Shukla Chaat Bhandar to eat some amazing chaat and indulged in chaat. Directed by Aanand L Rai, produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma in association with Zee Studios, Alka Hiranandani and Cape of Good Films, written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon, the music of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
The lyrics are by Irshad Kamil. Raksha Bandhan starring Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay Kumar, Neeraj Sood, Seema Pahwa, Saadia Khatib, Abhilash Thapliyal, Deepika Khanna, Smriti Shrikant and Sahajmin Kaur is all set to release on 11th August 2022.
