Patna, August 08: Amid the ongoing political ruckus in Bihar, the opposition RJD on Monday said it was ready to openly join hands with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his JD(U) if he parted ways with the BJP. Party’s national vice president Shivanand Tiwari said that the meeting of MLAs by both the parties on Tuesday is a clear indication that the situation is extraordinary.

He said that, personally, I am not aware of the ongoing incidents, but we cannot ignore the fact that both the parties have called a meeting at that time. When the time for the assembly session is near. He said that nothing is going well between BJP and JDU. The politics of Bihar can take a turn anytime.

The RJD leader openly said that, if Nitish Kumar wants to withdraw from the government, then what is the way in front of RJD in this. It is natural that BJP will ask him to get the trust vote. What will RJD do in that situation? In such a situation, it is our responsibility that if Nitish Kumar leaves the NDA, then we support his government. We have no other way than this.

Will the BJP-JDU alliance break in Bihar? Nitish Kumar’s disillusionment happened like this. Oneindia Hindi | *politics

Tiwari said that if Nitish Kumar separates from BJP, then he has to support us. We are against the policy of BJP on the question of economic, inflation, country’s security and unemployment. In such a situation, if anyone differs from them, then we will welcome them openly. Let us tell you that everything is not going well for a long time between JDU and BJP. Recently, Nitish Kumar did not participate in the meeting of NITI Aayog. In which PM Modi himself participated.

current status of bihar assembly
There are a total of 243 seats in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. One of these seats is vacant. RJD is the largest party in the state. It has the maximum number of 79 MLAs. BJP has 77 MLAs. While JD(U) has 45, Congress has 19, Left has 16. JDU is the third largest party in the state. Despite fewer seats in 2020, the BJP made Nitish Kumar the Chief Minister of the state.

Due to the ongoing political tussle in the state, now news is coming out that Nitish Kumar can break the alliance with BJP and form the government with RJD, Congress and Left. However, the party leaders are seen avoiding speaking on this issue for the time being.
