May 14 is the second Saturday of the month, due to which banks across the country will remain closed. On the other hand, on May 15, due to Sunday, there will be a weekly holiday in banks across the country. On May 16, banks will remain closed in various cities of India due to Buddha Purnima festival. According to the list of holidays released by the Reserve Bank of India, apart from Agartala, Belapur, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Dehradun, there is a Buddha in most places of the country including Jammu and Kashmir, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar. There will be a bank holiday due to the full moon.
