Mumbai, May 8:
Sunrisers Hyderabad’s team’s hopes of making it to the IPL 2022 playoffs have suffered a setback as they have suffered their fourth consecutive defeat. He got this defeat against RCB. This 54th match of the current season of IPL took place at the Wankhede Stadium where RCB easily defeated Hyderabad and won by runs. Batting first, RCB had scored 192 runs in 20 overs, in response to which Sunrisers’ innings were bundled out for 125 runs in 19.2 overs.

RCB now have 14 points with 7 wins from 12 matches and this team is looking to progress to the playoffs. Sunrisers, on the other hand, will hardly make it to the playoffs this season as they have completely lost their momentum. His sensation Umran Malik has also lost his direction.

Chasing a big target, Hyderabad’s start proved to be a nightmare as they lost the wickets of Yuvraj Singh’s favorite Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson for just 1 run. Neither batsman proved successful in opening the account in either.

After this, Aidan Markran played a very poor innings of 21 runs off 27 balls. After that, Nicholas Pooran, who was in tremendous form, also went on after scoring 19 runs.

Only Rahul Tripathi remained here and he also scored a quick half-century. Apart from him, none of the batsmen could score runs. Tripathi scored 58 runs in 37 balls.

RCB’s enchanting leg-spinner Wanindu Hasaranga dominated the match as he took only four wickets from his quota of 5 overs. Hasranga carried on Markram, Puran, Suchit, Shashank and Umran. Harsanga conceded only 18 runs and proved why he was such an expensive player in the mega auction. Among the bowlers, Jos Hazlewood was also very good who took 2 wickets giving only 17 runs in 4 overs.
