New Delhi, 15 May. Former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis lashed out at CM Uddhav Thackeray in Mumbai rally. He said that Balasaheb Thackeray would never have thought that this would happen in Maharashtra. Taking a jibe at CM Uddhav Thackeray, Fadnavis asked whether Balasaheb Thackeray would have ever thought that he would read Hanuman Chalisa during his son’s reign. Will there be treason? Whereas visiting Aurangzeb’s grave will be a state etiquette.

Former CM Devendra Fadnavis addressed a rally in Goregaon, Maharashtra on Sunday. Before addressing the rally, he recited Hanuman Chalisa along with BJP workers. Other BJP leaders supported him in this. After which he started his address at the rally. BJP leader and former CM of Maharashtra said that we have just recited Hanuman Chalisa. Now Hanuman Chalisa has started, now Lanka is sure to be burnt.

The former CM said that Balasaheb would never have imagined what is happening in Maharashtra today. He questioned whether he would have ever thought that reading Hanuman Chalisa under his son’s rule would become treason and a courtesy to visit Aurangzeb’s samadhi.
