Bangalore, March 30. The Income Tax Department has sent a notice to the wife of former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda. The Income Tax Department team has also sent a notice to HD Deve Gowda’s wife along with their son Revanna. Talking to reporters, Revanna said that let the Income Tax Department send notices to us, now they are also sending notices to my mother. We grow sugarcane in our fields, they should come here, see them and survey them with drones. Have my parents made crores of rupees from this, did we buy any new property, why only one political party is being targeted.
Revanna said that the notice was sent to my mother because her family has land in Dodapura and Puduvalahippi. This notice has been sent to my mother and asked about our property. We will give our answer as per law. Revanna’s brother HD Kumaraswamy said the family would not use the notice as a political weapon. Our family has always been transparent, so we don’t have to worry about notices from the Income Tax Department. Whatever answer needs to be given, we will give it in response to the notice.
