So we knew that he would like to grab the first opportunity with the serve, we kept our calm watching it and even when we were 4-5 points behind, we kept things simple and did not give points easily. Talking further, Chirag Shetty said, ‘According to me, this has been the best match of our career so far strategically. This was the match where we had to go out of our comfort zone or I can say that we were playing shots which we don’t usually play. He even tried to put the shuttle down, but whenever it was on our side, we would lift it up. We had already prepared the defense for him and instead of showing haste, we just kept trying. In the end it went in our favour.’
