New Delhi, 12 May. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has got interim relief from the Jharkhand High Court in connection with the alleged controversial remarks on BJP leader Amit Shah. The High Court has directed not to take coercive action against Rahul Gandhi for the order passed by the trial court in the matter.

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has got interim relief from the Jharkhand High Court in the case of remarks against BJP leader Amit Shah. High Court has stayed the coercive action against Rahul Gandhi. The court of Justice SK Dwivedi of Jharkhand has directed not to take any coercive action against Rahul Gandhi.

The court has given notice to the complainant Pratap Kumar in this case. Along with this, a reply has also been sought from the government. The next hearing in the case is to be held on September 29. Let us inform that this controversy has come to the fore after his alleged controversial remarks during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Chaibasa, Jharkhand. The matter is pending in the lower court. During the hearing, the court had issued a warrant against Rahul Gandhi. Against which former Congress President Rahul Gandhi had reached the Jharkhand High Court. In the case, the High Court has stayed the punitive action, giving interim relief to Rahul.

At the same time, in the matter, the High Court has ordered a stay on any harassment with the former President of Congress.
