iQOO 9T Review : Design

The first contact of any smartphone after unboxing is its chassis and rear panel, so it is very important for first impressions. If I define iQOO 9T then I will use two words Elegant and Stylish. If you are looking to buy a premium phone then the smartphone is eye-catching and is sure to grab your attention. The 9T is offered in two colours, Alpha and Legend colours.

iQOO 9T Review: Display

If you are a big phone fan then this is perfect for you as iQOO 9T is tall and wide smartphone. It will please anyone, but if you want a compact form factor, you may not enjoy using the iQOO 9T. The phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.

So if you love to watch videos or any content on your mobile phone, then iQOO 9T will surely please you. The rear panel of the phone will remind you of Vivo X80. The rear panel has a dual texture, the top slot has a glossy finish while the other half has a soft matte finish. The profile of the phone is slim but a bit heavy.

iQOO 9T Review: Processor

iQOO 9T Review: Processor

iQOO 9T is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, the most powerful processor in the Android ecosystem. To top it off, the iQOO 9T also uses Vivo’s V1+ image chip which with gaming performance the QOO 9T actually scored highest in the Antutu benchmarking test. The phone has managed to score over 1 million, thanks to the high CPU capabilities.

iQOO 9T Review : Camera

iQOO 9T Review : Camera

The iQOO 9T packs triple cameras at the back, but being a gaming phone doesn’t mean they are of run-of-the-mill quality. At the heart of the primary camera is the 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GN5 sensor, which was also seen in the vanilla iQOO 9-series.

But what caught our attention was the presence of a 12-megapixel telephoto camera, which can double for clicking portraits, much like the Galaxy S22 smartphone, and a 13-megapixel ultrawide that doubles as a macro camera. it happens.

The front camera takes some decent shots during the day, this can be seen in sunset portraits. During the day, it captures finer details and a bit more detail than the 8-megapixel cameras that are common at this price. HDR works well in all three cameras.
In low light, the primary camera clicks pictures that have attractive colors, but the fine details around the edges appear to be missing.

Ultrawide photos clicked in low light are darker and washed out. We also didn’t see anything special in terms of Extreme Night Vision and PureNight View.

You can record up to 4K video at 60fps, but ultra stabilization is only present in 1080p 30fps. This is surprising as the primary sensor and powerful SoC allow 8K video capture.

iQOO 9T Review: Battery Capacity

iQOO 9T Review: Battery Capacity

This, combined with the iQOO 9T’s 4,700mAh battery capacity, gives it a battery life of about a day and a half on moderate usage and a little less than a day when gaming for about a couple of hours. We got about seven-and-a-half hours of screen-on-time with brightness up to 80% and refresh rate set to 120Hz. The ability to top up the battery in under 25 minutes makes it even more fun, thanks to the 120W flashcharger.

iQOO 9T Review : Verdict

iQOO 9T Review : Verdict

– For its price, the maximum flagship hardware, display specs and battery performance offered by the iQOO 9T is unmatched. It even fixes the design to an extent.

Sure, the bloatware is disappointing, and the camera performance is above average, but it claims to do every parameter well.

– But, will the average young mobile gamer care? No!

– Priced at Rs 49,999, we are compelled to compare the dual-chip nature of the iQOO 9T with the Oppo Reno 8 Pro because of how well the V1+ chip handles camera duties with frame interpolation in both gaming and video viewing. As a result, the iQOO 9T really justifies the price tag in every aspect.
