Last date to apply is 16th June

The notification related to Delhi Police Head Constable Recruitment has been issued by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). In such a situation, interested candidates can apply online till the last date of 16 June. To apply, candidates need to visit the official website of the commission at ssc.nic.in and submit their online form after completing the registration.

Number of posts

According to the notification, a total of 835 posts have been recruited, out of which 558 male candidates and 276 female candidates have been recruited. Out of 559 posts for men, 241 for General/UR, 56 for EWS, 137 for OBC, 65 for SC, 60 for ST. Similarly, out of the total 276 posts of women, there are 119 for General/UR, 28 for EWS, 67 for OBC, 32 for SC and 30 for ST.

Qualification & Age Limit

Talking about the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed 12th from any recognized board. And the age limit should be between 18 to 25 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01- 1997 and not later than 01-01-2004. Apart from this, the speed of 30 words per minute in English typing and 25 words per minute in Hindi is also required.

Salary and Selection Process

At the same time, the candidates will be given salary according to the pay level 4, according to which the salary will be from Rs 25,500 to 81,100. On the other hand, talking about the selection process, candidates will be selected through Exam, PET, PST and Typing Test. Under which the computer based objective type test will be of 100 marks. Then there will be Physical Endurance and Measurement Test-. This will be followed by a typing test on computer of 25 marks. There will be a computer (formatting) test by Delhi Police.
