His tweet also mentioned that Prashanth Neel film is at the eighth position in the list of highest grossing Indian films of all time.

Hindi version made records

The movie has earned Rs 676 crore so far. This number matters a lot as it is more than the lifetime earning of Bahubali Part 1 i.e. Rs 650 crores. The Hindi version of the film has also earned a lot. According to Taran Adarsh’s tweet, the film has earned Rs 238 crore in 6 days and today the Hindi version is expected to cross Rs 250 crore on the seventh day (Wednesday).

Fastest Hindi film to earn 250 crores

KGF Chapter 2 has become the only film in the Hindi box office to do a net business of above 50 crores in two days. Rajamouli’s film RRR was a big hit at the box office. The Hindi version of the film also did a business of over Rs 250 crore, but it took RRR 23 days to do so. KGF is going to do this feat in a week.

After the tremendous success of the first part of KGF, people were waiting for Chapter 2. Now the third part of the film has also been confirmed. Recently, in a conversation with a public TV channel, the executive producer of the franchise, Karthik Gowda, confirmed that the pre-production of Chapter 3 has started. However, he did not reveal much details. The Yash starrer film sequel also stars Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Malavika Avinash, John Cocaine and Saran.
