How to Merge Duplicate Contacts in OnePlus Smartphone
I use OnePlus smart phone, so I have tried this method in my phone and merged many duplicate contacts. So if you are also a OnePlus user, then by following the steps given below, you can merge all your duplicate contacts into one.
step 1: First of all, you have to open the Contact app on your OnePlus Android phone.
Step 2: After this, now you will see an option with three lines in the top left side, you have to go there.
Step 3: Here you will see an option of Merge & fix, so you have to click there.
Step 4: Now if you have duplicate contacts in your phone, then here the number will be counted with its number and an option Merge contacts will appear, then you have to click on it.
Step 5: Here there is a Merge button next to every contact, so you have to click on all of them one by one.
Step 6: But if you want to merge all the contacts together, then below is the option of Merge all, click on it.
Similarly, in other smartphones, the option of Merge is also available in the Contact App, with the help of which you can easily merge duplicate contacts in a few seconds.
I use OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone, so my phone has an option named Merge & fix whereas other brands of phones may also have a different name option. But the process is mixed in almost everyone.
