Gabru Gang:The passion for cinema and sports resides in the veins of every Indian and just imagine if a wonderful mix of films and sports is made, how entertaining it will be for the audience. However, many films have been made in the Hindi cinema world on subjects like sports. Especially films based on cricket, football, hockey, boxing, badminton and racing have received a lot of love from the audience. Now a Hindi film based on Gabru Gang kite flying has been released. This is the world's first film based on kite flying. The story of the film is set in Punjab.

Story
In the film, an 8-year-old boy Rajbir Saluja along with his two friends Arshad and Uday wins the first prize in the prestigious kite competition Hi-Fly 1999 and becomes number one in Punjab by 2011. The best team Gabru Gang becomes everyone's favourite. But fate had something else written in it and in 2011, Rajbir loses in the finals to Harry of Delhi Shahrzade team because his focus shifts from the game to a girl in the final round. After a fight with Uday, Rajbir leaves the game and disbands the Gabru gang. But fate forces Rajbir to fly the kite once again, which is the turning point of the story. 2019 Hi-Fly has become a huge brand and the competition has reached the national level where 29 teams from 29 states will participate. Gabru Gang will have to fight a long battle unitedly as they have to first defeat the local teams to represent Punjab and then win the High Fly 2019 Final Cup. All the actors have done a good job as per their characters. The actors have natural acting. Abhishek Duhaan has played the main character of Rajbir very well in the film. He has beautifully depicted the emotions of a player. And there are some effective dialogues which are enough to keep you glued to your seats. The rest of the artists have also presented the game of kite flying in a correct manner.

The film has been ably directed by Sameer Khan and he deserves praise for handling such a good sports drama so well. He has got excellent performances from all the actors and has succeeded in making an important and entertaining cinema. The film will entertain every age group.
