According to the information, the construction of this temple is being done by a fan of Akkineni Nagarjuna named Sudhakar Swami, a resident of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He had laid the foundation of this temple in the year 1997 after watching the film ‘Annamayya’. That fan has almost completed the construction of the temple recently after a long time of 22 years. Sudhakar Swami has also taken the cooperation of his colleagues in this. Let us tell you that this fan of Nagarjuna, with the help of the followers of the actor, raised an amount of 1 crore 30 lakh rupees to build this temple. According to media reports, the fan has built this temple at a cost of 1 crore 30 lakhs by overcoming many difficult obstacles. Guntur residents have named this temple as ‘Sri Annamayya Swamy Mandiram’ to express their love for their favorite star.
