Mumbai, March 16. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against the mother of film actress Shilpa Shetty. This warrant against him has been done in the case of non-payment of loan of Rs 21 lakh. Andheri Court Metropolitan Magistrate RR Khan issued summons against Shilpa Shetty’s mother last week. This summon was issued against Shilpa Shetty mother Sunand and sister Shamita Shetty. This notice against both was issued after the businessman complained of fraud and non-payment of loan against both of them.

However, the family of Shilpa Shetty has challenged this notice of the court in the sessions court. On Monday, Sessions Judge AJ Khan stayed the notice issued by the magistrate against Shilpa Shetty and Shamita Shetty, but did not grant any relief to Shilpa Shetty. The court said that Shilpa Shetty’s late father Surendra Shetty and Sunanda were partners in his firm, but as far as the loan case is concerned, both their daughters were also partners in it, no documents have been produced in its favor.

Let us inform that earlier on Tuesday, the magistrate had also refused to exempt Sunanda Shetty from appearing in the court. Sunanda did not appear in the court on Tuesday, after which the court issued a non-bailable warrant against her. Parhad Amra has filed this case against the Shetty family. He has said in his complaint that Surendra Shetty had borrowed money from him in 2015, he was supposed to return this money in January 2017, but he never returned this money.
