Mumbai, May 28: 18-year-old Shriya Lenka from Odisha has become India‘s first K-pop artist. Shriya will now illuminate India’s name abroad by becoming a pop artist. Shriya Lenka has been roped in to be a part of the Korean pop band Blackswan along with Gabriella Dalsin of Brazil.

This is how the selection of Sri Lanka happened
Let us tell you that in November 2020, the oldest member of the Korean pop band Blackswon left the group. After which the promoter of this group, DR Music, organized a global audition for his place in 2021 last year. In this audition, Shriya and Brazilian girl Gabriella Dalsin were selected. But, the special thing is that, DR Music needed only one member. Despite this, he chose Shriya and Gabriella and announced their names.

This group announced the choice of both on social media. Sharing the caption in the post, he wrote, “Shriya and Gabi are the first generation of cigras, to be introduced soon. The cigrass project will continue in the future”.
