In the Sushant Singh Rajput case, Bollywood actress Riya Chakraborty was facing many serious allegations. But now Riya has got a big relief in the drugs case related to the actor. NCB presented its stand in front of the Supreme Court and said that it will not challenge the bail.

The court, hearing the NCB’s plea against the Mumbai High Court’s order granting bail to Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, took note of the ASG’s submission on the change in NCB’s stand on bail. The bench says that ‘after hearing the submissions of the ASG, there is no need to challenge the impugned order granting bail at this stage’.

Let us inform that, in the year 2020, Riya Chakraborty was arrested in the Sushant Singh case. He was accused of providing drugs by paying money. After which the court now says that giving money to buy drugs does not mean that the actress was involved in any illegal smuggling case. Maybe the actress was forced to do all this. At present, Riya Chakraborty has got bail in the NDPS case.
