Supreme Court gives big relief to Teesta Setalvad, gets regular bail

Teesta Setalvad News:
Social worker Teesta Setalvad has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has granted him regular bail in a case of alleged fabrication of evidence in connection with the Gujarat riots.
Earlier, the Gujarat High Court rejected her regular bail plea and ordered her to surrender immediately, after which Teesta Setalvad moved the Supreme Court.
And now he has got regular bail. The Supreme Court in its order said that Setalvad would not make any attempt to influence the witnesses in the case and would stay away from them.
With this, the Supreme Court quashed the order of the Gujarat High Court, in which his regular bail was rejected and he was asked to surrender immediately.
