Actually now cyber thugs have resorted to this film to clear the bank accounts of the people. Noida Police has issued an advisory regarding this. Under which people have been advised not to search for the pirated version of the film and not to click on any link related to it. The police made it clear that one mistake of the people can cost them thousands or even lakhs of rupees.

ADCP tweeted

Noida’s ADCP Ranvijay Singh tweeted and wrote that hackers are now cheating through the film Kashmir Files. They will send you a link, they will empty your account as soon as you open it. Please forward this message and help everyone to be alert. According to the ADCP, many people have complained that fake messages are being sent to them in the name of this film.

Always keep these things in mind

• Do not open the message from any unknown source.
• Do not open the link given on the mail from any unknown source.
• Do not find pirated version of any movie on the internet, it is illegal and hackers can target you through this.
• Do not share your personal information over any message, mail or phone.
• Download any app on your phone only from trusted platforms like Google Play Store.
